Cooperative Partnership

On April 4, 2011 we formed a partnership with the innovative Montessori School in Dachau in order to foster better cooperation between business and educational institutions.

Thereby we meet the trend of giving students the opportunity to prepare for the working environment in a more specific way. We are pleased to support the Montessori students in gaining early work experiences during their school years. We appreciate their kind welcome to us as cooperative partners.

 

Electromechanical Assembly

We have recently expanded our assembly department and are now able to accept independent assembly orders as well.

 

Production

Electronic servo driven CNC turret punch press AMADA EMZ 3510.

APM Gehäusetechnik GmbH has expanded their already very well stocked machine inventory by acquiring one of the most efficient punch presses currently on the market. This represents another important step towards quality improvement. At the same time, an expansion of production capacity has been achieved.

The AMADA EMZ 3510's servo-electronic motor permits punching at top speed with simultaneous energy savings of 70% as compared to hydraulic punch presses.

Operational Expansion

Construction of our third manufacturing facility was completed in the beginning of 2008. This connects our current shop for sheet metal processing directly to the facility for powder coating. Due to this expansion, we now have over 3000 square meters of production area at our disposal.

Production

In the course of our spatial expansion, we enhanced our sheet metal processing capabilities by adding a precision laser cutter and a high performance sheet metal deburring machine. We also increased the size of our assembly- and screen printing departments by an additional 350 square meters. Our currently available servicing options can greatly benefit you. Please ask us!
