Surface Technology

• One of the most up-to-date CNC automatic powder coating systems with 10 spray guns for extremely delicate surfaces and part sizes up to 1700 mm high, 1300 mm wide and 5000mm long.
• A manual powder coating system for large items up to 1700 mm high, 1450 mm wide and 5000 mm long
• A powder coating system for small production runs such as models and specialty parts

Stainless Steel Polishing System

• For the fabrication of high-grade V2A surfaces with applications in the food and laboratory industries

Screen printing and lettering

• 2 modern, CNC screen printing systems for single and multicolored precision printing on front panels or casing surfaces. Sizes up to 700 x 300 mm

• Hand operated screen printing table for large prints (max. 800 x 600 mm)
• Laser lettering for stainless steel surfaces
• Sandblast lettering for stainless steel surfaces

 

 

Assemblies and partial placement

In a designated area of 500 square meters we assemble and complete enclosures and chassis. By request, we also include electronic subassemblies.
