The Company

During the first years, APM was strictly a distributor for electromechanical components and standard enclosures, located in Munich. We then gradually developed into a manufacturer of customized enclosures.

In 1980, we started the step-by-step process of moving our company to Mammendorf near Munich. Initially we only moved our powder coating division. A few years later we moved the complete operations, including sheet metal processing, screen printing and manufacturing.

During those years Mammendorf saw the expansion of a modern, superbly outfitted company, which is capable of meeting all demands of innovative sheet metal fabrication and its further processing.

Using modern, mostly CNC controlled machines, we manufacture customized products, mainly for application in the Electrical- and Electronics industry. Products range from single pieces to serial production according to our customers’ specifications, but also with the creative input of our experienced and skilled staff.

Our customers can benefit greatly from our extensive background knowledge in electronics and electronic engineering. We are equally proficient in the construction of enclosures with an “IP65” (water proof) rating, “EMC” versions (electromagnetic compatibility), 19” rack mount chassis and “seawater proof” enclosures.

From a simple punch bending part to the most complex industrial enclosure with a polished surface, we are able to fulfill our customers’ requirements.

We supply systems for individual sheet metal enclosures

Because all steps of production are performed in-house using our own machinery, customer interface can happen at any point during the production process: Right after sheet metal processing, after powder coating, after screen printing or even after we have already installed your electrical or electronic components.

In order to meet these requirements, we have been certified in ISO 9001 for custom sheet metal enclosures since 2004.
